Refund & Policies
Video consultations and the Home Potential Assessment (video walkthrough)
Fees for video consultations and Home Potential Assessments are non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without 24 hours' notice are forfeited.
Digital products
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable because files are delivered instantly. If your download doesn't work or you were charged twice, email us at info@ethomecarellc.com and we'll fix it or correct the charge.
Privacy
We collect only the information you give us: your name, email address, and the details you type into a guide download or booking request form.
We use that information to send you the guide you asked for, to confirm and hold your scheduled video meeting, and to answer questions you send us. Purchases of digital products are handled by our checkout provider, Payhip, which processes your payment information under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.
We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services we need to deliver what you requested. If you'd like your information removed from our records, email us at info@ethomecarellc.com and we'll delete it.
